Led by experienced teachers, this fun and inclusive weekly class explores different contemporary dance techniques including improvisation, composition and the art of making dance together. The group connect and communicate through dance and we aim to build confidence, develop movement skills and encourage creativity throughout the term.

No previous dance experience is needed to join the taster workshop/ term of classes.
If you would like to sign up to our taster sessions please email After the taster session, you can let us know what you thought and if you'd like to join the class for the rest of the term.

What equipment do I need?
You do not need any special equipment for the Cando2 classes, just comfortable clothes that you can dance/ move in. We recommend jogging bottoms/ leggings and a t-shirt/ long sleeve top. You will be dancing barefoot so there is no need for dance shoes.
