Join Our Free Online Fitness Classes!

Our online classes are designed especially for adults with amputations and limb difference, and we’d love for you to get involved!

All classes are FREE, friendly, and fully adapted

Our instructors have extensive experience working with amputees and the limb-different community. Sessions last between 45 minutes and 1 hour, and you can take part seated or standing, depending on what works best for you.

These classes are a great way for you to meet like-minded people, have fun, improve your fitness, and enjoy an extra boost of exercise all from the comfort of your own home.

Once your registration is complete, you’ll be added to a the LimbPower Fitness Community WhatsApp group and receive the class links weekly.

Paracise 18:00 Join Kaaren for a low-impact standing exercise class. Enhance your posture and mobility with gentle movements.
TUESDAY
Paradance, 18:00 Join MJ for a fun and enjoyable seated or standing dance class. Elevate posture and mobility through gentle stretching movements to music whilst learning BSL.
WEDNESDAY
Amp'd Up, 12:15 Get ready to move, sweat and have fun with Henry's high energy bodyweight movements and playful boxing-inspired drills.
THURSDAY
Tai Chi 18:30 Discover the calming movements of Tai Chi and daoyin yoga with Phil's pre-recorded class. Enjoy seated or standing participation.
Wobble 19:15 Join the Wobble revolution with Personal Trainer Liv - where seated exercises are set to a beat that will have you grooving your way to fitness.
FRIDAY

Seated HIIT 16:00

Join Robert's seated HIIT class for a workout that targets key muscle groups, boosts strength and amps up core engagement.
SUNDAY
Yoga and Meditation 9:00 Unwind and recharge with Angela's adaptive seated or standing yoga and meditation class. Connect, destress and embrace the week ahead.
