LimbPower is responsibility for creating impairment specific, inclusive safe and fun, and environment for everyone to participate in movement, physical activity, sport and the art events, activities and programmes.

As Chief Executive of LimbPower, I want to reassure you that safeguarding is something we take very seriously. At LimbPower, people always come first, and we are committed to ensuring that everyone who takes part in our activities, events and services feels safe, respected and supported.

We recognise that safeguarding concerns can be difficult to raise. If something happens within a LimbPower activity or event, or in connection with our staff, volunteers or delivery, we want you to know that you will be listened to and supported, and that your concern will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.

Safeguarding at LimbPower is about creating safe, welcoming environments where people feel comfortable speaking up, and where clear boundaries and responsibilities are understood. We aim to demonstrate best practice within our scope and to set clear, proportionate standards that apply to both children and adults involved in LimbPower activities.

This page includes the contact details for our safeguarding team, who are available to provide advice, guidance and support. If something doesn’t feel right within our delivery, or if you are unsure whether a concern relates to our work, please do get in touch.
