LimbPower Celebrates National Fitness Day with Free Inclusive Live Online Classes – 24th September 2025

Join LimbPower, the National Disability Sport Organisation supporting amputees and individuals with limb difference, for a full day of free live online exercise classes and exciting fitness challenges on Wednesday 24th September, in celebration of National Fitness Day 2025.

National Fitness Day, led by ukactive, is the UK’s largest celebration of physical activity. This year’s theme, “Powered by You!”, highlights the vital role movement plays in improving physical and mental wellbeing. LimbPower is proud to champion this message by offering a bespoke programme designed to meet the diverse needs of its community.

LimbPower’s National Fitness Day Live Schedule Includes:

  • 10:00 – reVAMP with Rebecca
  • 11:00 – Para Dance with MJ
  • 12:00 – Zumba with Cody
  • 13:00 – Paracise with Henry
  • 14:00 – TBC
  • 15:00 – HIIT
  • 16:00 – Para Dance
  • 17:00 – Kids Pirate Exercise
  • 18:00 – Wobble
  • 19:00 – Qigong

All sessions are free, with 30 places available per class, and are tailored for individuals of all ages, interests, and abilities. From energising dance to calming breathwork, the programme offers something for everyone.
