New amputee-led, follow‑along exercise video series launches on YouTube

LimbPower is delighted to announce the launch of the latest instalment of the UR:Enabled Adult Amputee Adapted Workout seriesco‑produced with LimbPower and funded by Sport England.

This brand-new collection of follow‑along exercise videos has been designed by amputees, for amputees, offering accessible, progressive workouts for people looking to take the next step in their health and fitness journey. Viewers will also recognise LimbPower’s own Conor, who features as the series commentator.

Building on the success of the beginner series, the new advanced programme includes:

  • Hard and very hard strength sessions to push your fitness to the next level
  • Dynamic stretching to support coordination, mobility, and flexibility
  • Agility games suitable for individuals or groups
  • A simplified warm-up routine for safe, confident movement
  • Videos on walking for health and practical ways to make fitness work for you

Developed by the Walk:Enabled team with extensive involvement from the amputee community, the UR:Enabled programme is evidence‑based and proven to support people to get active and stay active, build confidence, and reach personal fitness goals.
